About
Novos Fiber is a regional high-speed internet provider. The old site was a brochure; the business needed it to handle availability checks, accounts, and support.
I led the redesign and rebuild on Next.js, connecting the site to their consumer portal.

UX redesign
Reworked the journey from plan exploration to signup with a mobile-first interface.

Next.js build
Chose Next.js for fast loads, modular builds, and SEO, which mattered for regional targeting and mobile-heavy traffic.

Portal integration
Connected the site to the live consumer portal: service availability lookups, address entry flows, and logged-in account previews.

CMS setup
Added a headless CMS so Novos staff publish announcements, service updates, and plan content without developer involvement.
