I led the complete redesign and rebuild of their web platform using Next.js, turning a basic marketing site into a fully integrated digital hub that connects users with their service availability, account info, and support tools.

Worked closely with design teams to rethink the user journey — from plan exploration to signup — with a mobile-first, performance-optimized interface that reflected the brand's speed and clarity.

Chose Next.js to support rapid loading, modular builds, and strong SEO — ideal for a service provider with regional targeting and high mobile traffic.
Consumer Portal Integration
Collaborated with Novos Fiber's internal backend team to connect the site to their live consumer portal, allowing for dynamic content population (e.g. service availability lookups, address entry flows, and logged-in account previews).
Flexible CMS Setup
Integrated a headless CMS to allow Novos staff to manage announcements, service updates, and plan content without dev involvement.
