Groom Club is a mobile-first wellness platform built to redefine how dog owners book, manage, and experience at-home grooming services. When I joined the project, the goal was clear: ship a polished, easy-to-use mobile app that felt less like a utility and more like a modern lifestyle product for pet owners.

I led the product delivery process from initial scoping to launch, working closely with designers and developers to build a cross-platform experience that prioritized ease, reliability, and beauty.

• Discovery: Worked with stakeholders to map out user journeys and identify the most essential features for MVP — from profile creation and service scheduling to groomer tracking and post-visit care tips.

• Technical Stack Selection: Guided our decision to use Xano for its speed in backend setup and flexibility with API customization. Combined this with React Native for rapid mobile development and React for internal web dashboards.

• Design & Delivery: Collaborated with product designers to ensure a curated, wellness-oriented UI that stood out in a crowded pet services market. Managed weekly sprints, prioritized the roadmap, and ensured tight alignment between frontend, backend, and client expectations.

• QA & Launch: Oversaw feature sign-off, defect tracking, and user feedback loops to maintain a smooth, reliable user experience across iOS and Android.

Groom Club now serves as a foundation for future wellness integrations — from nutrition plans to subscription-based pet care services.
